In this module, you will get acquainted with the Rise School System, learning how to configure the school’s general settings, set up email accounts for seamless communication, and customize print forms to meet your school’s specific needs. This foundation will help you efficiently manage the system’s core functionalities.
In this module, you will learn how to create and manage classes and grades, create students in the system individually, and import them in bulk to save time. You will also master the rollover process to transition students between classes at the end of the academic year.
In this module, you will learn how to import the Chart of Accounts, student opening balances, and trial balances into the system. You will also master creating new accounts and linking them to WCED requirements, as well as generating and managing the WCED 043 report for compliance and accuracy.
In this module, you will learn how to create and manage inventory items, create tax invoices, and use batch invoicing to streamline billing processes. Additionally, you will explore contract management, including creating, importing, and linking contracts to invoices for efficient financial tracking.

You will also explore generating customer and student statements, setting up Bank Stream and allocating transactions to invoices and GL accounts.
