What's new
Rise School now includes a dedicated Statement sending settings form where you control how and when statements are created automatically
Statement details
- Enable Automatic Statement Generation checkbox activates the feature
- Days of Month to Generate Statements lets you pick the exact date (e.g., 1st, 15th, 30th) so statements always arrive on time.
- Statement Period defines how much history to include—6 months, 1 year, or 2 quarters—ensuring families see the full picture without clutter.
- Use Automatic Statement Generation only for Contracts checkbox limits automation to subscription-based billing if needed.
Additional details (smart filtering)
- Minimum Outstanding Invoice Age (Days) means only invoices older than X days appear, filtering out very recent charges that families may not yet expect.
- Minimum Outstanding Balance threshold (e.g., 25,000.00) prevents sending statements for tiny or zero balances, reducing noise for families and staff.
