The new Automatic Statement Generation feature in Rise School lets you configure statement sending rules once, then sit back while the system generates and delivers statements on schedule—no repetitive manual steps required.

What's new

Rise School now includes a dedicated Statement sending settings form where you control how and when statements are created automatically

Statement details
  • Enable Automatic Statement Generation checkbox activates the feature
  • Days of Month to Generate Statements lets you pick the exact date (e.g., 1st, 15th, 30th) so statements always arrive on time.
  • Statement Period defines how much history to include—6 months, 1 year, or 2 quarters—ensuring families see the full picture without clutter.
  • Use Automatic Statement Generation only for Contracts checkbox limits automation to subscription-based billing if needed.
Additional details (smart filtering)
  • Minimum Outstanding Invoice Age (Days) means only invoices older than X days appear, filtering out very recent charges that families may not yet expect.
  • Minimum Outstanding Balance threshold (e.g., 25,000.00) prevents sending statements for tiny or zero balances, reducing noise for families and staff.
