Mrs Hanli Mostert, Mrs Merinda van Rensburg, Ms Lanore Daniels, Ms Jacky Booyens, Mrs Shivon Mesias have successfully completed an upskilling course on the New billing module: Contract Management with #DirectDebit and fulfilled the upskilling course requirements, in order to be certified. The certificates have been emailed individually. Well done. Congratulations.

Mapping Rules module at the start of 2026. It can save at least 40 hours monthly with transaction allocation. We still have a couple of spaces. Please let us know if you would like to hear more.

An exciting update on the upskillment courses and new modules [Updated on 30 Oct 2025]
Excited to share with Bursars. We would like to invite Bursars to the 2 upcoming upskillment courses on the new financial modules.
- The upskillment on "A new billing module: contract mngt + debit orders" will take place at 13h45-15h15 on 04 Nov, 05 Nov, 06 Nov, 20 Nov. Save up to 70% of the time spent on monthly invoicing, reporting and tracking unpaid accounts with this new module.
- The upskillment on "Mapping rules in the Bank stream" will take place at 13h45-15h515 on 17 Nov, 18 Nov, 19 Nov, 27 Nov. Save 50-60 hours on transaction allocation per month with this new module.
Join these empowering courses, to gain valuable long-term head start on the financial front and be able to start using the new modules upon upskilling completion, to get more school fees in, save time and resources.

An update on the Voters' roll report Voters roll has been enabled for schools and can be accessed under School Tab -> Tools.

Please note that an additional filter
Learner has been added, to improve the search function of learners.
Currently search can be done by SURNAME, CEMIS NUMBER, CODE.
An update will be done this evening once no users use the system by 15 August,
to include a search function by NAME AND SURNAME. Search by CEMIS NUMBER and CODE will remain in effect too.
It can be viewed under the Grade filter in Learner Data.

Positive behaviour function is finally LIVE. Go to School -> BEHAVIOUR
A few schools requested this function - and we did. We are excited to share it with you.
Incidents were renamed as
Learner Behaviour Records Transgressions were renamed as Behaviour Benchmarks.
A function for Positive points have been added. Now schools can track positive behaviour with Positive Points,
in addition to tracking negative points. Please see

The Rise Team had an informative webinar on positive discipline in collaboration with Mr Pereira, Principal at Star of the Sea Convent School,
shared on their school's experience of using positive discipline at their school.

4. Exciting upcoming developments on the financial side of the system.Last but not the least, the Dev Team has been working hard for a while on some crucial innovative new functions on the financial side of the system,
