The Rise SA team is proud to announce the official release of Version 1.5.0 of the Rise Communicator App, now successfully approved and available on both Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) platforms.
This latest update reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing communication, improving usability, and empowering schools, parents, and learners through smarter digital tools.
What’s New in Version 1.5.0?
We are excited to share about the new additions. We have been trying them out on my side and excited to share:
- The Class filter search has been added to the Chat function.
- Parent-Child Linking Parents reflect with their respective children under Chat function list, to simplify looking for parents/guardians whose surname varies from their children's surname.
- Advanced Search A search function has been added to the parents/ guardians list for the Chat function, to enable Teachers and School staff to look for any name / surname and even class.
- Positive behaviour functionality has been added to the App interface.
- An instant refresh has been added to the App screens.
- Last Message Preview The last message shows on the front screen of contacts for Chats. The new app version also shows the number of unread messages.
